Connect Starling to your AI assistant
Add Starling as a connector in ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP-compatible assistant. They can check your week and baby size, and add tasks to your list — after you sign in and approve.
Starling MCP server URL
https://starling-app.io/mcpNo API key needed. When you add this URL, your assistant opens a Starling sign-in and consent screen — it then acts as you, with your data staying protected by your account.
How to connect
- 1. In ChatGPT or Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose “Add custom connector”.
- 2. Paste the Starling MCP server URL above.
- 3. Sign in to Starling in the window that opens and tap Approve.
- 4. Try asking: “What week am I in on Starling?” or “Add ‘pack hospital bag’ to my Starling tasks.”

get_nest_status
Your current pregnancy week, baby size for the week, and due date.
get_tasks
Lists your nest’s open or completed tasks with who they’re assigned to.
create_task
Adds a task to your nest, optionally assigned to mom, partner, or villager.
claim_task
Claims or reassigns an existing task.
update_task_status
Marks a task completed or open again.
delete_task
Removes a task by id or title.
get_calendar_events
Lists upcoming or past appointments, scans and milestones, with optional date filters.

Adds an event with a title, date/time, and optional location and notes.
