Starling is a private, family-first companion for pregnancy and early parenthood. We treat the information you share with us as strictly confidential and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Account details you provide (email, display name), pregnancy information you enter (due date, week, preferences), tasks, appointments, photos you choose to upload, and chat messages you send to the in-app assistant.
Your data is used only to personalize your Starling experience — tailoring guidance, reminders, and shared views for invited members of your village. Prompts you type into our AI assistant are sent to secure AI providers solely to generate your response and are not used to train public models.
You can update or delete your information at any time from your account. Choosing "Delete Account" permanently removes your profile and associated data from our systems.
